It's a farewell

And it's time again,
To bid goodbye,
To all the memories that passed by,
To all the lectures that took us to another world,
That teachers who taught us important lessons of life,
And those friends who became life,
The questions like..
How much have you done?
What's the word limit,?
Shut up.. you have done everything..
Those days when summers don't matter,
To those days when winters come but lectures don't end ,
To this day
When I realised that our masters has really ended..
Farewell bells ring along,
2 years of literature sing along,
DU lanes shall remember us all..
Friendship and Memories play along,
It's time for our farewell....

The Long Walk

Pulling up myself up the floor, I was 14.. when I learned to walk, Walking without support was a family dream, That I didn't thought could ever come true, I sat there.. wondering how could people walk.. without falling back?, I sat here.. there.. Everywhere because I couldn't walk, I used to believe that walking was a gift .. that God forgot to shower on me, So.. I learned to compensate... Compensate the lack of walking, As walking was an unachievable goal, For someone with 60% disability, To the sense of listening and observing, When a kid first learn to walk.. He wants to discover something new, So did I when you learn to observe, I observed how people treated me, Some with love and some with ignorance, I realize people see me differently, I realize that they don't see my thought process, They just see the physical me, Pulling up myself up the floor, I was 14.. when I learned to walk, I could then just see walls, Walls that I could hold on, To move

1. Oh.. you are on a wheelchair, can't you walk?? A. No no aunty.. I can walk.. I just sit on it for fun!!!! 2. Oh.. you are done with your Masters .. now what will do?? Get bored at home.. poor child.. itna padh ke kya fayda hua??Ab tu aur thodi padhegi! A. Nhi aunty.. kuch nhI hua, bas 2-3 jagah apply kiya h.. mere mom dad ko problem nhi h.. apko kya h?? 3. Tu 24 ki hogyi?? Normal hoti toh ab tak shaad ho jati.  Ab koi chance nhi h!! A. Thank God aunty, ladkiyo ka life ka main aim shaadi hi toh h... But thank God that I am way out of the league!!! 4.
